Zach Sparkman
Lead Pastor
Pastor Zach has been at Red Rocks since 2016. He has a Masters in Theology and a Masters of Divinity. He loves working with various Bible study groups, teaching God’s Word and overseeing a number of ministries. He is also the preschool pastor for Red Rocks Christian Preschool. Zach is originally from New Hampshire and met his wife Kate at a camp in the mountains of North Carolina. They enjoy hiking, sports, traveling, coffee and spending time with their four children.
Addison Hagberg
Assistant Pastor
Addison and his wife Kelsie joined the staff at the beginning of 2022. Addison serves as the youth pastor and oversees all the children’s ministries. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Ministry and a master’s degree in Biblical Studies. Originally from Virginia, he enjoys the outdoors, including backpacking and hiking. Addison and Kelsie welcomed their first child in the Spring of 2024.
Jerry Ascher
Assistant Pastor
Jerry joined the Red Rocks leadership team in the summer of 2022. He and his wife Lori were married in 1990, and since then, they have been involved in ministries in Illinois, Indiana, and most recently, in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, where Jerry was ordained in 2011. His pastoral responsibilities include music and worship planning, member care, teaching and preaching, and ministering to the senior adults at Red Rocks. Jerry and Lori enjoy traveling and spending time with their family, which includes a Bernedoodle named Wilson, three adult children, their spouses, and four grandchildren.
Paul Shelley
Business Manager
Paul manages the accounting, human resources and facility needs at Red Rocks, where he has served for over 20 years. He has a degree in accounting. He and his wife, Lynnae, enjoy volunteering in the preschool Sunday school and spending time with their children, Lydia and Daniel.
