PEAK youth ministries seeks to guide teenagers to faith and maturity in Christ as they transition from childhood to adulthood. We desire to push, stretch and grow our teens to their highest potential. The different elements of the Red Rocks PEAK Youth Group creates a fun and enjoyable environment for our teens where there is godly peer pressure to live for God and grow in their faith. The youth ministry emphasizes the priority of God’s Word in training teenagers to become committed disciples of Jesus Christ. The two primary meeting times for PEAK youth ministries are Sunday School and Youth Group.

Teen Sunday School

The teens meet together from 9:30-10:15 a.m. Sunday mornings in the teen room. The youth teachers cover a variety of topics that informs and trains the young people to know their Bible, live it out personally, and defend it articulately.

PEAK Youth Group

From 5:30-6:45 p.m., the teens gather for youth group where they study the Bible, sing, and play games. They are challenged in their walk with the Lord while making strong friendships with youth sponsors and their peers.

Youth Activities

Youth activities are a fun part of the PEAK youth group experience. Activities accomplish two primary goals: fun and service. Activities take place roughly one time a month, often on “SNAC” nights or Sunday Night After Church. We want our teens to understand the importance of serving other people, so each semester at least one activity is a service activity. These service activities and projects help the teens see beyond themselves and get them active in meeting the needs of the people around them. In addition, the youth group also takes a camp trip or a mission trip each summer.
